In his keynote Mark talks about the topic that is hot on everyone’s mind, and no, we’re not talking about omni-channel. We’re talking about the decline in in-store sales and increased gap between brands and millennials. 5:15PM – Managing An Aggressive Development And Testing Roadmap In Fast-Fashion
Always be testing. It’s a mantra we’ve all heard before but it’s easier said than done. To close out the first day of eTail East Emily McTighe from rue21 shares the pain they went through after making a large investment in a new checkout system that failed. After learning this lesson the hard way, rue21 made a concentrated shift to making decisions based on iterative A/B testing. Sound familiar? This just might be the best way to end a busy day.
